Role Description
The role of a customer relationship executive is to conduct case level and account level surveys to determine
customer satisfaction, record and communicate the feedback to the appropriate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

1 Workload planning
 Review daily workload on the CRM to identify callable
and non-callable cases/accounts
 Review customer demographic details to ensure
customer availability for feedback
2 Surveys
 Contact all the customers on the callable cases/accounts
assigned based on the set timelines
 Follow the call workflow process to communicate and
ask for feedback
 Record feedback from the customer accurately in the
CRM
 Communicate the received feedback to the appropriate
stakeholders
3 Knowledge quotient
 To have knowledge about the features and
functionalities of EMR
 To have in-depth knowledge about CSAT processes
 To have an overview of the new products and updates
about existing products.
